Aufgaben - Du betreust die Verkäuferseite in Nachfolge- und Übernahmesituationen im KMU-Segment - Du identifizierst und analysierst Kauf-/Verkaufsinteressierte und bereitest Pitches vor - Du bearbeitest und aktualisierst Projektunterlagen (z.B. Investment Memos und Teaser) - Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen mit - Ein wenig administrative Arbeit kommt vielleicht auch dazu Qualifikation - Du bist im 3. oder 4.
