The service

SponsorApply helps you decide where to apply. It lists job openings from employers' public job boards, shows sponsorship evidence from public government registers (USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub FY2023 approvals, the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors, Canada's ESDC positive LMIA employer list and the Dutch IND register), and prepares tailored application packs (resume + cover letter) from the information you give us.

You submit every application

SponsorApply does not submit applications for you. You review each pack and, if you want to use it, you submit it yourself on the employer's official application page.

The Auto-Pilot pass is a fixed-term (30-day) service, not a recurring subscription: while it is active, SponsorApply prepares up to a daily number of tailored packs for your best new matches and lets you know they are ready. It never submits them. You can pause it any time from your profile, and the pass expires on its end date without renewing.

Credits and payments

One credit is used for each prepared pack. Credits do not expire. Checkout is currently paused while we move to a new payment provider; anything you have already bought is unaffected. We never charge for job listings, and we never charge for visas or visa applications.

Truthfulness

Generated documents are built only from information you provide, using AI models. AI can make mistakes: you are responsible for reviewing every document and for everything you submit to an employer.

No guarantees, no legal advice

Past sponsorship by an employer is evidence, not a promise that it will sponsor you or any particular role. Registers can be out of date — our US data is FY2023 only. Job listings come from third parties and may close or change. SponsorApply is not a law firm or an immigration adviser and does not give legal or immigration advice. Never pay anyone for a job offer.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service — for example by scraping it, attacking it, or posting false or misleading jobs. We may suspend accounts that do.

Refunds

If a pack fails to generate or is clearly broken, email hello@sponsorapply.com and we will restore the credit. Other refund requests are handled case by case, fairly, and in line with your consumer rights.
