About the role
• Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung von Firmen-, Gewerbe- und Flottenkunden im zugeordneten Vertriebsgebiet • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung im B2B-Bereich • Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen zur Identifikation von Bedarfen und Potenzialen • Präsentation des Produkt- und Serviceportfolios sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung individueller Angebote • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Vertriebsziele • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und Mitwirkung an regionalen Vertriebsaktivitäten • Laufende Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten sowie Dokumentation aller relevanten Aktivitäten im CRM-System • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Filialen und Inside Sales zur Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung • Kontinuierliche Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungs- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst, Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im B2B-Umfeld wünschenswert • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten • Eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Vertriebs- und CRM-Tools • Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets • Eine umfangreiche und spannende Aufgabe in einem dynamischen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Eigenverantwortung • Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem internationalen Unternehmen • Attraktive Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten • Sonderkonditionen für Mitarbeitende • Geboten wird ein Brutto-Monatsgehalt nach KV Handel mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. • Bereitstellung eines Firmen-PKWs zur privaten Nutzung Sie wollen mit uns Gas geben?
