About the role

The Opportunity   Come and join our team! Early Careers is a high-priority and significant part of Adobe's talent strategy. We're focused on hiring intern, graduate and working student candidates across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to work side by side with the tech industry's biggest problem solvers empowering everyone to create. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll independently lead cross-functional programmes for EMEA Early Career Talent, build strategic partnerships, and mentor others across the team.  What you'll do   ·       Build the strategy to develop emerging talent and deliver an outstanding program experience ·       Own EMEA's Early Careers program end-to-end — execution, measurement, continuous improvement, not just delivery ·       Lead complex programmes and projects independently, using change management skills and influence colleagues and external partners to drive outcomes   ·       Own programme budgets setting the annual plan and tracking spend against this. ·       Establish and nurture strategic partnerships across Adobe, to collaboratively work towards making Adobe the career destination for entry level talent ·       Serve as the program escalation point, resolving issues and keeping delivery on track  ·       Lead process management and improvement efforts, mentoring others on delivering larger and more complex initiatives  ·       Lead the regional flagship events e.g.: intern summit ·       Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through design-thinking, tackling complex challenges within programme operations  ·       Identify and complete priorities that align with organisational goals, mentoring others in effective prioritisation techniques   ·       Define what success looks like for the programme and build the tools to measure it. Work with large datasets to develop data-driven strategy, build clear visualisations and dashboards, and guide others in developing their data skills      What you need to succeed  ·       Experience in Senior Project/ Program Management for early careers talent or Educational Design/Development, with a track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and negotiating across internal and external teams with minimal direction  ·       Deep knowledge of the entry-level talent sector, and experience managing high-volume events and activities   ·       Experience owning programme budgets, planning and tracking spend against goals  ·       Proven success in building strategic partnerships with senior collaborators. Skilled at resolving business issues and acting as the main contact for cross-functional teams handling customer concerns under pressure.   ·       Experience mentoring or coaching others on project delivery, prioritisation, or data practices, and driving process improvement and innovation through design thinking   ·       Experience delivering soft-skills training or workshops, and leading large-scale engagement events is highly desirable  ·       Experience defining success metrics or measurement frameworks for programmes, not just analysing data after the fact  ·       Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of guiding a project and reporting progress to partners at all levels, including senior leadership. Skilled in crafting and presenting information to senior audiences.   ·       Attention to detail with the ability to plan and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously.
