We also value the flexibility and autonomy to balance work and personal needs in a way that works best for you.    Start Date : February or July 2027 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria What you’ll do: During our internship program in the Partner Delivery organization, the successful candidates will provide administrative and organizational support for key projects, communicate with people worldwide thus gaining practical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business environment. Partner Service Deliver Intern will manage all operational matters and quality performance related to assigned channel partners. Some of your key responsibilities will include: • New Partner Setup • Educate partners – self-sufficiency/engagement model • Deliver operational trainings (Ops guide, how to interface with HPE, etc.) • Communicate Ops guide changes, program changes, etc. • Be the main point of contact for all matters pertaining to partner enquiries, acting as first line contact and taking ownership for queries end to end • Ensure a close working relationship with assigned accounts • Ensure assigned partners make correct financial warranty claims where applicable • Ensure all assigned accounts are meeting operational targets within Accreditation metrics • Ensure assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction in service delivery to customers • Develop a very close working relationship with (country/region) channel team, attending all reviews when required What you’ll need: • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree • Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Time management skills and working with strict deadlines • Good customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills • Mastery in English • Additional language skills in niche languages would be an advantage What you can expect from us: • Initial extensive onboarding to support you with adjusting into the role • Ongoing learning and development throughout the duration of the program • Be mentored by a member of the team and after the program you can grow into a true professional with valuable relationships and international working experience • Competitive salary and great benefits At HPE, we’re:   • Human Rights Campaign’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index • Great Place to Work’s Best Workplace for Parents 2023 • Fortune 1
