The Corporate Treasury team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and operational enablement of settlement services across Mastercard’s core network. This role will partner with Treasury, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze business requirements, support project delivery, and contribute to initiatives that enhance settlement related processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop expertise in payments, settlement operations, and Product processes Position Overview: • Support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services and related Treasury capabilities. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and support solution development. • Assist in evaluating financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impacts of proposed changes. • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentation materials to support decision-making and stakeholder communications. • Work with Technology and Operations teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and support successful implementation. • Contribute to the identification of risks, process gaps, and operational impacts associated with settlement services. • Support project execution activities including requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, issue tracking, and implementation planning. • Monitor project milestones and follow up on action items to help ensure timely delivery of committed objectives. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or related fields. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate business processes. • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or product initiatives. • Ability to document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with payment systems, settlement processes, and transaction processing environments. • Exposure to business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation methodologies. • Experience using analytic
