Join our Global Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity and Global Security Team as a Ethics & Business Integrity Trainee and you can help make it happen. You will be responsible for creating compliance communications, delivering training and engagement activities, supporting risk management processes, and providing translation and administrative support to the Head of Ethics & Business Integrity Hungary.   LEBI & GS is a global function structured around 4 areas of expertise: Legal, Intellectual Property, Ethics & Business Integrity, Global Security. See the full list of our awards at the end of this posting.   Main responsibilities:   • Create engaging content (craft onboarding materials, newsletters, and Veeva posts that communicate compliance topics in a clear and compelling way) • Champion engagement (host and facilitate engagement sessions for EBI Champions and TRT Catalysts across the organization) • Support training initiatives (delivering onboarding and refresher training sessions on key compliance topics) • Contribute to risk management (support our annual risk assessment and monitoring process) • Translation (translate Global Operating Procedures and training materials into accurate, crystal-clear Hungarian) • Administrative support (provide general administrative assistance to the Head of Ethics & Business Integrity Hungary)   About you Experience : • Ongoing university studies in law (active student status)   • Min. 20-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling   Soft and technical skills:   • Strong communication and content creation skills (ability to convey complex topics in an accessible and engaging way) • High level of attention to detail and reliability • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, given the sensitive nature of ethics and compliance work • Ability to work independently • Good organizational and presentation skills   Languages:  English and Hungarian in advanced level (strong written skills in both languages are essential for translation and content creation tasks)   Why choose us? • Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. • An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team • Flexible home office policy  • You'll face challenging tasks with professional responsibilities • Trainee training program opportunity • Internship and thesis support • Paid leave for trainees • Join a great community & special event (Weekly Yoga/Pilates classes, Monthly Board Game Nights, Winter Events, Well-Being Lectures & Sp
