Job Title Marketing Specialist Job Description Marketing Specialist (Blumenau, Brazil) Support the execution of Healthcare Informatics marketing and communications initiatives across Brazil and LATAM, helping drive customer engagement, pipeline generation, and business growth. Your role: • Support the execution of regional go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, communications, digital initiatives, events, and lead-generation activities aligned with business priorities. • Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI), helping ensure effective market activation, customer adoption, and alignment between marketing strategies and operational execution. • Collaborate with Business and Sales Leaders, global business unit teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate global strategies into impactful regional and local marketing programs. • Contribute market insights related to customer behavior, competitive activities, and market trends to help strengthen value propositions, product lifecycle decisions, and commercial priorities. • Support performance tracking, category analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize marketing effectiveness and business outcomes across LATAM. You're the right fit if: • You've acquired experience in marketing, marketing technology, medical technology, healthcare, commercial services management, or a related field. • Your skills include go-to-market strategy support, marketing analytics, omnichannel customer engagement, business development, and product portfolio management. • You have a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management, or an equivalent field. • You're comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regional and global environments. • You have strong business acumen and can use customer, category, and market insights to support marketing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), shopper marketing, internal communication strategy, or healthcare-related markets is a plus. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
