About the role

Job Title Strategic Account Manager Job Description Strategic Account Manager, Malaysia This role is responsible for driving Philips’ market presence and revenue growth within key healthcare accounts in Malaysia. This role focuses on achieving commercial targets, expanding share of wallet, deepening customer engagement, and ensuring successful deal closure through direct and partner-led channels.   You are responsible for:   • Target achievement • Deliver annual sales and margin objectives across assigned strategic accounts. • Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent pipeline conversion. • Share of wallet growth • Expand Philips’ footprint across imaging, monitoring, and connected care solutions. • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account penetration. • Customer engagement • Build multi-level relationships with hospital executives, clinicians, and procurement teams. • Drive trust and loyalty through consultative selling and value-based discussions. • Partner collaboration (Hybrid model) • Guide channel partners to accelerate deal closure. • Ensure partner alignment with Philips’ commercial strategy and compliance standards. • Performance governance • Track funnel health, opportunity progression, and win rates. • Provide regular business reviews and account updates to leadership.   To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:   • Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree Holder in related disciplines. • Strong commercial acumen in healthcare technology minimum 8 years. • Proven sales execution with track record of exceeding targets. • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influence. • Ability to drive partner performance in hybrid sales models. • Analytical skills to interpret pipeline data and forecast accurately • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language is preferred In return, we offer you A path towards your most rewarding career.
