This is a Hybrid (Ramat Gan) role, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations EMEA in the People & Culture department. This role supports our global People Services team and employees around the world by transforming regional processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional support across the employee lifecycle.This is a 12 months fixed term contract. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Provide a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management • Operate as primary resource for employee requests through internal ticketing system (ServiceNow) • Manage daily administration of employee data in our internal HRIS and various support systems • Support cross-functional programs between operations, payroll, and internal P&C teams, while creating opportunities to transform current processes • Assist in the transformation of the People Ops department through project-based initiatives as the organization continues to scale Who You Are (Success Profile) • You are customer-obsessed, dedicated to delivering seamless, high-touch support across all employee interactions. • You are a problem-solver who enjoys optimizing operational workflows and resolving complex HR inquiries efficiently. • You operate with urgency, balancing high-volume inquiry management with thorough attention to detail. • You are a high-trust collaborator, building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive operational alignment. • You are resilient and adaptable, thriving in a growing global environment where process evolution is continuous.
