The Role | General Responsibilities:   We’re seeking a Data Science Manager to support strategic priorities for Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) leaders, as part of CDX’s product strategy team. CDX is an exciting space with diverse product responsibilities. The organization’s remit spans customer digital engagement, including the Capital One app; Capital One’s marketing platform, analytics, and personalization engine; the product suite used to manage all Capital One suppliers and vendors; products associated with the company’s risk management responsibilities; and more.  CDX’s product strategy team is a blend of strategy, product, and data science. We tackle the organization’s hardest strategic and analytical questions, delivering answers that fundamentally change the way we do business. We also act as an innovation lab, developing prototypes and partnering closely with product and engineering teams to translate conceptual visions into tangible, scaled digital experiences. We are looking for someone who thrives in this duality – someone who is equally energized by big-picture questions about where the world is going, thorny problems that require a strategic mindset and deep analytical rigor, and hands-on building.
