About the role

Boeing Global Services EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services is seeking a EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who supports the type wing (CVWP) on the EA-18G modification line. Position is located in Whidbey Island, WA. Position Responsibilities: • Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support. • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes • Manages, develops and motivates employees To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.  Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
