JOB DESCRIPTION: Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare Healthcare organizations across Europe are under growing pressure to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient outcomes, and make better use of clinical data. As a Digital Health Solutions Sales Executive, you will help hospitals, laboratories, and integrated healthcare systems accelerate their digital transformation through innovative solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact, hunting-focused role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on opening new markets, building territories from the ground up, and engaging senior healthcare leaders in strategic conversations around digital transformation, operational excellence, and patient care. The Opportunity As a Digital Health Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Sweden, with additional responsibility for opportunities in Denmark. You will identify, engage, and develop relationships with healthcare organizations that are not currently utilizing our Diagnostics and Digital Health Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with healthcare executives, laboratory leaders, IT stakeholders, and clinical decision-makers to demonstrate how digital solutions can improve workflow efficiency, workforce productivity, financial performance, and patient outcomes . What You'll Do • Build and execute a strategic territory growth plan across Sweden and Denmark. • Create and develop a self-generated pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and market mapping. • Engage healthcare C-suite leaders, clinical executives, laboratory directors, and IT decision-makers. • Identify opportunities to improve healthcare operations through digital transformation initiatives. • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close. • Develop compelling business cases focused on operational improvement, clinical outcomes, efficiency gains, and return on investment. • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions. • Monitor market trends, healthcare policy developments, and digital healthcare innovations. • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue objectives. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree. • Fluent English and professional proficiency in Swedish and/or Danish. • Proven success in new business acquisition and territory development. • Experience in hunter-style sales environments with a strong focus on prospecting and pipeline creation. • Demonstrated ability to engage senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders. • Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills. Preferred Experience • Experience selling Digital Health, Healthcare IT, SaaS, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, or consulting services. • Experience working within diagnostics, laboratory environments, health systems, or healthcare technology. • Knowledge of healthcare transformation initiatives including clinical workflow optimization, population health, remote patient monitoring, and operational efficiency programs. • Previous experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes. • Ability to articulate value propositions with both clinical and financial impact.
