CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Scientific Engagement Strategy & External Partnerships - Lead the overall external engagement strategy to reinforce scientific leadership , with a strong focus on elevating clinical nutrition science across India through evidence-based, high‑impact initiatives a.     Develop an insight‑driven strategic framework by synthesizing clinical practice trends, HCP insights, scientific advancements, and competitive intelligence to define priority focus areas in clinical nutrition. b.     Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with medical associations, academic institutions, and leading experts to drive collaborative, science‑based initiatives that create long‑term value. c.     Ensure compliant and seamless execution through structured planning, risk assessments, scenario planning, and close collaboration with RA, Legal, PA, and OEC. Establish scientific impact metrics to evaluate engagement quality, reach, and influence, using data for continuous improvement.   Medical Education Strategy execution & Impact Optimization- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to design and implement innovative medical education programs that effectively address unmet clinical needs and advance healthcare professional (HCP) capabilities. a.    Leverage cross‑functional insights by gathering intelligence on market dynamics, practice gaps, and real‑world challenges faced by HCPs to inform educational priorities. b.    Translate unmet needs into targeted learning objectives using field insights, KOL interactions, published evidence, and competitor assessments to identify specific competency gaps. c.     Develop structured execution plans with clear timelines, roles, deliverables, and performance indicators to enable coordinated implementation across teams. d.    Integrate continuous feedback mechanisms by capturing learnings from internal stakeholders and external participants to refine program design and enhance future relevance. e.    Measure educational impact using dashboards, feedback metrics, and competency assessments to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic evolution of medical education initiatives.   Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, eliminate complexity, and enhance governance a.    Identify pain points experienced by the cross‑functional team during execution of major medical education events/initiatives. b.    Identify opportunity areas to resolve ambiguity in processes and enhance clarity. Conduct end‑to‑end process reviews to highlight steps prone to misinterpretation or inconsistency, and translate these into clear, streamlined, and unambiguous process improvements. c.     Co‑create robust, user‑friendly guidance documents, SOP refinements, and decision frameworks that simplify execution, increase predictability, and ensure cross‑functional alignment. d.    Establish and clearly document responsibilities, handover points, and accountability structures for each function, enabling efficient coordination, reduced duplication, and strong compliance adherence. e.    Act as the primary point of contact with OEC and Legal to obtain timely process approvals, ensuring all medical education activities adhere to ethical, regulatory, and company standards without operational delays.   Track and measure the impact of all external engagement and medical education initiatives, using defined KPIs to continually optimize program effectiveness and strengthen scientific value delivery. a.    Maintain documentation for all the identified even
