A Day in the Life The Cranial and Spine business develops technologies and therapies that support the treatment of neurological and spinal conditions across the surgical care continuum. The portfolio includes cranial and spinal implants, surgical technologies, power and energy systems, and enabling solutions used in operating room environments. This field-based role supports customers across the South West of England territory, with coverage focused in Bristol. Working in partnership with the Cranial and Spine Territory Manager, the position plays an important role in supporting the commercial and clinical needs of customers across the territory. Regular travel throughout the territory is required, with flexibility to accommodate customer and procedural schedules. This role offers the opportunity to work within the Cranial and Spine business and contribute to the successful delivery of customer and territory objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and work collaboratively with the Territory Manager and wider commercial and clinical teams. Applications are welcomed from both experienced Technical Consultants and individuals looking to begin a career in medical devices.   Primary Responsibilities • Provide intraoperative clinical support for cranial and spinal procedures across assigned accounts • Deliver case coverage and implant support for surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre staff • Manage inventory and ensure product availability for scheduled procedures • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of the Cranial and Spine portfolio within existing and prospective customer accounts • Troubleshoot product, technical, and procedural issues for customers and field sales teams • Plan and deliver clinical and technical education programs in partnership with commercial and clinical teams • Conduct product training for physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals • Partner with the Territory Manager to execute territory objectives and account growth plans Required Qualifications • Experience supporting healthcare professionals in operating room or procedural settings • Experience collaborating with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and commercial teams • Valid UK Driving Licence and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory • Experience managing multiple customer, training, and case support activities independently   Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in life science • Experience supporting spinal, cranial, neurosurgical, or orthopaedic procedures • Experience delivering clinical training and product education to healthcare professionals • Experience managing surgical implant, capital equipment, or operating room product portfolios • Knowledge of operating theatre workflows and hospital procedures • Experience identifying sales opportunities and supporting portfolio growth within clinical settings     Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ ‌     Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seeker
