As a Commercial Training Specialist, you will design and deliver impactful technical product and sales training for the ENT Sales organisation and supporting functions across Western Europe. You will work closely with commercial, clinical, regulatory and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively represent, demonstrate and teach the use of our products. Primary responsibilities: • Design, coordinate and deliver technical product and selling skills training for the ENT Sales organisation, including onboarding for new hires. • Assess training needs and identify knowledge and skills gaps, developing targeted learning solutions to address them. • Develop engaging, learner-centred training content using adult learning principles, working with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners. • Keep training curricula and materials up to date in line with new technologies, clinical practices, business priorities and regulatory requirements. • Manage training programmes and learner data within the Totara Learning Management System, including progress tracking, reporting and content improvements. • Plan and coordinate training events, including logistics, communications, attendance and feedback, using relevant event-management tools. • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal stakeholders to ensure training programmes meet business needs and applicable policies and guidelines. • Lead training-related projects, manage priorities and budgets, and identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and introduce innovative learning technologies. Required qualifications: • 3+ years of relevant experience designing, developing and delivering technical, clinical or sales training programmes. • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clinical, technical and commercial audiences. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently with limited supervision. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across functions. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness, learner feedback and programme performance and use insights to drive improvements. • Ability to develop clear, engaging and learner-focused training materials. • High level of organisation and attention to detail, particularly when coordinating regional training programmes and events. • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Totara LMS or similar learning management platforms. • Background in medical devices, healthcare, clinical environments or field sales/support. • Exposure to clinical laboratory settings or working directly with healthcare professionals. • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design or learning technologies. • Familiarity with
