A Day in the Life The Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) portfolio includes advanced surgical technologies used in open and minimally invasive procedures, including surgical stapling, ligation, access, hand instruments, powered stapling, and intelligent surgical solutions. This field-based commercial role focuses on driving adoption of the EMID portfolio through customer engagement, clinical support, account management, and territory growth initiatives. This position is based in Gurgaon, India and follows an onsite, customer-facing work style. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned city and territory to support customer accounts, operating theatre activities, product evaluations, educational programs, and business development initiatives. Job Description field This role is responsible for driving sales growth and clinical adoption of the EMID portfolio within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager partners with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and healthcare institutions to achieve sales objectives, develop strategic customer relationships, support product utilisation, and expand market share through effective territory and account management. Primary Responsibilities • Achieve monthly and quarterly secondary sales targets across the assigned territory. • Drive focus product adoption through operating theatre presence, product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical support. • Manage assigned customer accounts and Class of Trade (COT) segments to maximise territory performance. • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision makers. • Develop and execute territory plans using customer, market, and competitive insights. • Establish strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and Centres of Excellence (COEs). • Organise approved clinical education programs, Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, and customer engagement initiatives. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, competitive intelligence, and product performance trackers.
