About the role

Job Description Responsabilidades: • 50% de tiempo de visitas de campo a la red de concesionarios siendo sus responsabilidades: • Asesor de negocios de los concesionarios • Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales a nivel wholesale y retail, atendiendo mix y volúmenes requeridos. • Alineación del concesionario a los estándares de marca. • Seguimiento de performance del concesionario, puntos de ventas y vendedores. • Revisión de los indicadores de calidad y atención al cliente. • Discusiones varias sobre la operatoria comercial. • 50% del tiempo trabajo en escritorio siendo sus responsabilidades: • Asignación y facturación de unidades. • Análisis de situación de pricing de la competencia. • Generación y análisis de condiciones comerciales. • Generación y emisión de circulares comerciales. • Análisis de patentamientos por concesionario y zona geográfica verificando cobertura e invasiones. Calificaciones Requeridas: • Formación: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Ingeniería o carreras afines. • Experiencia: De 3–5 años en roles comerciales de campo gestionando territorios o cuentas clave, idealmente en la industria automotriz o con redes de distribuidores/concesionarios/Retail, consumo masivo • Competencias: fuerte orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica para gestionar y explicar KPIs, habilidades de negociación e influencia con dueños y gerentes de concesionarios, autonomía y proactividad, excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. • Conocimientos: manejo avanzado de Excel, power bi, IA • Inglés: avanzado • Licencia de Conducir Activa. • Disponibilidad para viajar Competencias Clave: Experiencia en temas de comercialización, capacidad de negociación, gestión de relaciones interpersonales, capacidad analítica ​ This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
