This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. *Please be aware that this position will be contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date.* Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.   Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. • Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. • Ensures software standards are met. • Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. *This position is contingent upon capturing program award(s), obtaining and maintaining customer funding, and holding final clearances (if applicable) prior to start date*   This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.   Basic Qualifications for Level 2: • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.  Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. • Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph required to start. • Experience with software architecture, design, and development. • Experience with Agile leadership (product owner and scrum master), planning, and scheduling. • Experience with Technical customer engagement and interaction. • Experience using Jira and Confluence.   Basic Qualifications for Level 3: • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience.  Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. • Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
