Reporting to the manager of content and channel strategy, this role is responsible for helping to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously for business priorities. You’ll make a difference by: • Leading end-to-end planning and execution of strategic communications projects, campaigns and initiatives and ensure stakeholder awareness • Developing project plans, timelines and success measures aligned to business focus areas and priorities • Establishing project governance, workflows and processes that enable efficient collaboration across communications and business teams • Partnering with content and creative teams to coordinate development and production of materials to satisfy business needs You’ll be a great fit if you: • Can confidently and independently interact with executive leaders, and all levels of employees • Are experienced in developing and executing project management plans to achieve business objectives • Are a strategic thinker, strong problem solver who is collaborative and pays attention to every detail • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading through change • Are able to digest complex concepts and communicate them in simple and effective ways Basic Qualifications : • Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, Masters Degree with 3 years of experience or 1 year of experience with a PhD • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects • Proficiency in creating, maintaining and utilizing metrics in Tableau, excel, and SharePoint • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to work independently and multitask Preferred Qualifications: • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for equipment installation in manufacturing environments • Experience with presentations to leadership, executives Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibili
