About the role

We are seeking a German-speaking recruiter (f/m/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting our DACH markets as well as other international recruitment activities. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment for professional-level roles while collaborating with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. When & where: Munich Hybrid (3 days per week) Discover your role: • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through offer management and pre-boarding. • Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networks, and events. • Develop sourcing strategies informed by German market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate drivers. • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners throughout the hiring process. • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while representing the employer brand. • Maintain accurate recruitment data using applicant tracking, customer relationship management, and sourcing systems. • Provide hiring metrics, pipeline insights, and market intelligence to Talent Acquisition leadership. • You build trusted relationships and adapt candidate engagement to local market needs. This role requires: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within corporate and/or life sciences agency recruitment environments. • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional roles across German-speaking markets. • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through digital and non-digital channels. • Full professional proficiency in German, written and spoken. • Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry events for sourcing. • Knowledge of DACH employment law, works council requirements, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong planning and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while collaborating across a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team. • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness within the German market context.
