Job description   JOB DESCRIPTION | TENDER ADMINISTRATOR A/NZ LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA   At Experian Australia/New Zealand we are looking to establish a new role of Tender Administrator reporting into the Bid Manager A/NZ. Experian Australia/New Zealand has a wide range of products and services that it provides to numerous corporate customers across several industry verticals including financial services, banking, pensions, retail, travel, utilities, telecoms and many more. The Tender Administrator will be responsible for coordinating a range of tender-related administrative activities, spanning information security, vendor questionnaires, government panel submissions and reporting.   What you’ll be doing • Coordinate and manage incoming client ‘information security’ questionnaires (both ad hoc and recurring), ensuring timely completion by engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders across ANZ. • Administer vendor and due diligence questionnaires, supporting client requests for corporate, compliance, and operational information about Experian. • Proactively manage administrative activities for government panel participation, including submission of required documentation, ongoing compliance reporting, and maintenance of panel records. • Partner closely with the ANZ Government Industry Sales Lead and broader commercial teams to ensure all panel obligations and tender-related administrative requirements are met. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardise responses, and streamline processes across recurring administrative tasks. More about you ·        Previous experience in a tenders, bids, sales operations, contracts administration, or compliance support role within a corporate or professional services environment. ·        Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and meet tight deadlines. ·        High attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation, compliance requirements, and structured submissions. ·        Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across geographies (particularly ANZ-facing teams). ·        Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating inputs and following up to ensure timely delivery. ·        Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment, with a focus on governance and accuracy. ·        Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and take ownership of administrative workflows. ·        Experience supporting government panels, tenders, or regulated industry processes (desirable but not essential).   Qualifications • Strong organisational and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and meet tight deadlines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating inputs and following up to ensure timely delivery.
