Pinners’ commercial intent and engagement create valuable signals that can help advertisers better understand and improve their performance. This role will define how Pinterest applies identity, conversion, and measurement signals to help advertisers identify and acquire new customers, measure incremental outcomes, and optimize campaign bidding. By connecting measurement insights with campaign decisioning, this leader will help advertisers maximize business outcomes and strengthen Pinterest’s differentiation in the ads ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a Staff-level product leader with substantial experience in ads measurement, optimization, or adjacent advertising technology. What we’re looking for: • 8+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a related role, including 3–5+ years of substantial ads or marketing measurement experience. • Strong evidence of the ability to define new products and strategies in an ambiguous space and execute from ideation and multi-quarter roadmaps through go-to-market and adoption. • Deep understanding of identity and first-person data, how advertisers establish objectives and deploy tactics, and how they evaluate outcomes across awareness, consideration, intent, conversion, and long-term value. • Experience working wit
