About the job Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role. You will define where Keet goes, convince the board and the team that it is the right direction, and then drive the execution that gets it there. You are a rare combination of three things. You are a product visionary who has shipped consumer chat or calling apps at scale. You are a technologist who can go deep on P2P architecture and the Pear / Holepunch stack (docs.pears.com). And you are a hands-on builder who uses AI tools to prototype and prove concepts in days, not months. You set the bar high, move at incredible speed, and lead from the front. You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
