US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. We make it seem effortless. What you’ll do This is an individual contributor role embedded directly within the Link brand team. You'll be the sole producer for Link, owning the full scope of creative operations end-to-end. You will be responsible for leading creative operations and creative production across our consumer brand Link, in close partnership with the Link Creative Director. This role is a hybrid mix of program management, project management, and creative production depending on the project phase. During certain periods you'll be focused on the 10,000 foot view of the program, and at other times you'll be working side-by-side with the creative team overseeing execution of every design detail during production. Responsibilities • Lead all Link brand program management, including roadmap development, budget oversight, and project scoping, timelines, and resourcing • Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale, and across surfaces — creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, integrated campaigns, and email • Scale and evolve Link brand design systems in partnership with the Link Creative Director; continuously refine processes to keep pace with the work and reduce friction for the team • Partner closely with the XFN Design teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment and integration of design systems across all surfaces • Drive clarity and alignment with leadership, creatives, XFN partners, and external agencies • Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, org-wide updates, and Slack • Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies • Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand Studio leadership • Handle challenges and blockers with ease; proactive in finding solutions, and always looking ahead for the team • Uphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors • Inspire and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating with creatives in best practices and processes Who you are Brand producers at Stripe are operators first. They find the work in the process — the right framework, the workback schedule that actually holds, the system that scales without breaking — and they measure success by how well the creative team around them can do their best work. They have strong design sense and bring it to bear on the operational decisions that protect quality and keep programs moving. The ideal candidate excels at keeping the work on track while maintaining (and raising) the bar on craft. They offer options and tradeoffs, crisply articulate decisions, iterate quickly, and collaborate with senior leadership, marketers, creatives, and agency partners. Most importantly, they are meticulous when it comes to details. Minimum requirements • 6+ years of experience in similar roles and industries • Think users first — understand their needs, find interest
