The Opportunity At Adobe, we are seeking an experienced individual to join our world-class engineering team in Noida. What you'll Do • Invent, develop, and maintain software applications to ensure flawless performance. • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement innovative solutions. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure guidelines are strictly followed. • Analyze and determine the technical feasibility of new features and improvements. • The role would from time to time require to collaborate with product marketing to evaluate and resolve new features to be added. • Should be a proactive self-starter who can develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for attaining results. • A specialist on one or more platforms and knowledgeable of cross-platform issues, products, and customer requirements. • Fix and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. What you need to succeed • Minimum 9–12 years of experience in software development and engineering. • Proven experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining large-scale software applications. • Strong hands-on experience with C++ and modern C++ standards, including C++11 and above. • Strong understanding of C++ object-oriented programming, STL, templates, memory management, pointers/references, multithreading, concurrency, and exception handling. • Experience in writing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable C++ code for complex software systems. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles , with the ability to apply them to real-world engineering problems. • Experience with C and C++ interoperability and working with existing large-scale C/C++ codebases. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify root causes. • Experience with software development tools, code reviews, source control, build systems, and automated testing. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and diverse multi-functional teams. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Knowledge of GenAI concepts such as RAG, KAG, LLM-based applications, and the latest developments in this area is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
