We are seeking a Product Design Director (Individual Contributor) to serve as a strategic partner and craft leader across our broader ecosystem—spanning both Concierge products (including Velocity Black and agent tools) and Premium Card experiences. Velocity Black is a premium lifestyle digital concierge service that delivers exclusive travel, entertainment, shopping, and dining offerings to consumers globally. In this role, you won't directly manage a team, but you will shape high-level design vision, spearhead AI-driven design workflows, and elevate the practice alongside other design leads. Elevate collective craft through active mentorship, structured knowledge-sharing, and constructive critique—upskilling peers in AI capabilities, design strategy, and execution so the whole team grows together. Strategic Influence: Shape long-term product direction by integrating design craftsmanship, user insights, business strategy, and emerging technologies.
