You will report to the engineering manager and collaborate regularly with teams across production, quality, maintenance, and operations. Some travel may be required to support other sites, project work, or training initiatives. Primary Responsibilities • Responsible for all manufacturing processes on production floor, pFMEA, Equipment URS, Working instructions, test methods, Support production training, Define Packaging instructions; Ensures processes and procedures are following regulations; Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of product lifecycle. • Project management skills, Responsible for timelines, Scop of work, Budget. • Implement jigs, fixtures, and other manufacturing support tools for medical device assembly and testing. • Improve manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling; Review arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout. • Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. • Support manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques; Issue specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. • Drives a continuous improvement mindset by engraining and improving the MPS (Medtronic Performance System) methodologies in the day-to-day; Execute Improvement in Yokneam Operations KPIs (Yields, Scrap, Quality, Safety, OEE). • Acts as a partner with mainly production and Quality operations and other functions in Operations and R&D sustain team. Required Qualifications • B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant manufacturing-focused engineering field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or process industries. • Written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving and execution abilities. • Proactive approach; Full responsibility for the delivery of outputs, including supporting documentation; a "Big-picture" mindset. including influence and communication skills.
