The Global Travel team supports Medtronic’s corporate travel program by providing travel operations, policy guidance, traveler support, supplier coordination, and continuous process improvement across the organization. The team partners with travelers, travel arrangers, travel management company (TMC) providers, and internal stakeholders to help ensure consistent travel experiences, effective policy administration, and operational excellence. Responsibilities may include the following, and other tasks may be assigned: • Provide guidance on travel policies, booking procedures, approvals, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and traveler profiles. • Support travelers and travel arrangers with Travel Management Company (TMC) processes, servicing requests, and issue resolution. • Coordinate with TMC partners to investigate, escalate, and resolve booking, ticketing, and traveler service issues. • Develop and maintain travel communications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), frequently asked questions (FAQs), process guides, and knowledge articles. • Publish and update travel program content on SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other internal communication platforms. • Investigate travel-related issues involving airlines, hotels, TMCs, and other suppliers and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct periodic audits of negotiated air and hotel rates and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements, standardization opportunities, and automation initiatives.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with ten years of experience OR Master's degree with Eight+ years of experience in corporate travel, travel operations, Travel Management Company (TMC) operations, or related travel services • Experience supporting corporate travel policies, booking processes, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, and traveler service • Experience with SAP Concur Travel or a comparable corporate travel booking platform • Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and internal communications • Fluency in English • Job Location: LATAM (Latin America)   Preferred Qualifications • Experience working directly with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers. • Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar enterprise communication platforms. • Experience conducting travel program audits, supplier rate reviews, or travel operati
