We are recruiting for engineers with backgrounds in Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineering to support our team in Chandler, AZ. Due to the nature of this work, this position will be 100% on-site. Key Skills and Responsibilities • Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains • Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) simulation to design and test missile flight code • Work with 6DoF simulation models to evaluate system performance • Experience with missile flight dynamics, autopilot and guidance design, and implementation into missile flight code • Experience with various trajectory optimization software and tools What Does Success Look Like? Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
