About the role

About the opportunity We are looking for a proactive Marketing Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and serve as the central engine behind N26’s most visible marketing initiatives. In this role, you will own and drive complex, multi-channel marketing projects end-to-end - ranging from major product launches to brand awareness campaigns, social media initiatives, and lifestyle/sponsorship drives. Acting as a strategic partner from ideation to execution, you will work hand-in-hand with Product and Brand Marketers to navigate the marketing lifecycle and bring our value propositions to life. As we expand our scope in the coming year, you will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing department: aligning cross-functional domains, chasing deliverables, navigating legal and compliance requirements, and keeping senior stakeholders moving toward strict deadlines. In this role, you will: • Lead strategic planning and execution - Own the end-to-end cross-functional planning and project management for major marketing campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments (brand awareness, lifestyle campaigns, etc.), partnering with Product and Brand Marketers from initial ideation to final delivery. • Optimize Creative Throughput - Oversee the end-to-end creative workflow, tracking KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects while ensuring the final output meets our high-quality standards. • Orchestrate cross-functional teams - Serve as the central hub connecting Product Marketing, Creative, Channel Specialists (Social Media, Affiliate), Product, Tech, and Regional General Managers (Spain, Italy, France, etc.). Partner closely with Marketing Operations, Legal, and Compliance to secure required assessments and campaign approvals efficiently. • Enforce process and accountability - Leverage modern project management tooling to track progress, eliminate bottlenecks, and collaborate stakeholders across all seniority levels to meet critical deadlines. • Optimize creative throughput - Oversee the end-to-end creative workflow, track KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects while ensuring the final output meets our high-quality standards. • Master resource and budget allocation - Forecast creative resource needs and manage production budgets, including internal allocations and external agency/freelance costs – to ensure maximum cost efficiency and ROI. • Coordinate global distribution - Align launch schedules and distribution across all marketing channels, ensuring that every campaign touchpoint is synchronized and optimized for impact. • Manage external partnerships - Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and freelancers, ensuring external partners meet our strict quality, budget, and timeline requirements. What you need to be successful: • Proven program management track record - Strong, hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) managing complex, high-volume projects end-to-end. Broad marketing experience or prior collaboration with marketing teams is highly preferred. • Tool fluency - Practical expertise in project management software (Jira experience is a strong plus; Asana, MS Project, or equivalent). • Financial and resource acumen: You are highly proficient in budget management and resource forecasting, with a proven track record of negotiating with external vendors to optimize production costs. • Cross-functional leadership: You have a "get stuff done" mentality and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across Product, Creative, and
