We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to help drive growth across the DACH public sector landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing new partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and consultancies serving federal, state, and municipal government, education, and other public institutions — while ensuring existing partnerships are nurtured and maintained. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner management or business development within the public sector, and a strong understanding of DACH public procurement dynamics. How you will contribute to our success: • Identify and prospect new partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and consultancies with established access to public sector accounts across DACH. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships. • Navigate and support partners through public procurement processes (tenders, framework agreements, RFPs) to maximize joint pipeline conversion. • Continuously monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results. • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties and compliant with public sector procurement requirements. • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing communication and effective collaboration to drive growth and value for both parties. • Stay up to date with public sector industry trends, regulatory developments (e.g., cybersecurity compliance mandates, NIS2), competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. What sets you apart: • At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, with a focus on the DACH public sector (federal, state, municipal, or education). • Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships with public-sector-facing resellers, SIs, or consultancies. • Familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks (tenders, RFPs, framework agreements) in Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including within long, multi-stakeholder public sector sales cycles. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Fluent in German and English, or with additional languages such as Spanish, French and Dutch being a plus. • Working knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate them into practical partner and customer value.
