UK — 12-month Fixed-Term Contract 🛠️ About our Talent Acquisition Teams Wayve is pioneering Embodied AI for autonomous driving. As part of our Talent Acquisition team in London, you’ll support the continued growth of our real-world testing and operations through high-impact hiring. The team partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to build and scale our global Fleet Operations safely and effectively. You’ll join a collaborative group focused on optimising hiring processes, workforce planning, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. 🧠 Your day-to-day • Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles across the UK, Europe, and beyond. • Build representative candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and a range of attraction channels, developing scalable hiring approaches for Vehicle Safety Operators and other core roles. • Partner with hiring managers and Directors to provide guidance on role definition, assessment, market conditions, candidate quality, and closing strategies. • Deliver an inclusive, transparent, and well-managed candidate experience, supporting hiring teams with structured interviewing, timely feedback, and consistent decisions. • Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, highlight risks and bottlenecks, and improve funnel performance. • Partner across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning, employer branding, and process improvements. 🧩 What you’ll be working on • Managing full-cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations roles, from intake and market mapping to offer and close. • Designing and executing scalable volume-hiring campaigns and improving assessment processes. • Building trusted, consultative relationships with stakeholders. • Enhancing data-driven recruitment practices and using insights to inform hiring decisions. • Supporting the recruitment needs of a fast-growing, dynamic operational environment at global scale. 🙌 You should apply if • You have demonstrated success in independently delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced or scaling organisation. • You bring experience recruiting across a range of roles, including high-volume/frontline and specialist or manager-level positions. • You have the confidence and judgement to advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies. • You possess strong direct-sourcing skills and experience building pipelines via multiple attraction channels. • You are hands-on, adaptable, highly organised, and able to balance competing priorities with strong attention to detail. • You are comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights to inform and communicate decisions. • Experience recruiting within fleet operations, automotive, logistics, manufacturing, field operations, mobility, or other high-volume operational environments is desirable. • You may have experience supporting hiring in multiple countries or working with globally distributed stakeholders. • Familiarity with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system is an advantage. • Experience designing or improving volume-hiring campaigns, recruitment events, or structured assessment processes is desirable. • Prior experience in a startup or scale
