This is a Hybrid or Remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement in the Revenue Enablement department. The GTM Learning Platforms Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the learning platform landscape. This role ensures that learning technologies align with business objectives, providing a seamless and scalable experience for training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of learning strategies, governance frameworks, and platform administration to drive adoption and effectiveness of learning systems. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework that aligns with GTM enablement priorities • Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms, managing system configurations, workflows, and integrations • Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize learning pathways and training programs • Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvements • Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors while acting as a key liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations Who You Are (Success Profile) • You act like an owner by operating with integrity and seamlessly navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. • You are a problem-solver who seeks out challenges, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact. • You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for internal and external users while anchoring decisions in solving real-world problems. • You are a positive force who approaches hard problems with constructive energy and a contagious can-do spirit that inspires your team. • You think at scale, connecting your day-to-day work to the larger company mission to build solutions and processes that support a high-growth, global organization. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function • Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
