Job Description: What You Will Do - Key Responsibilities • Sourcing Intelligence Ownership: Own global sourcing intelligence for warehousing, fulfilment, service parts logistics, and inventory management; benchmark rates, labor, real estate, productivity, supplier capabilities, and operating models. • Solution Design & Requirements: Support stakeholders in defining competitive warehouse solutions, including location, storage, handling, inventory, and value-added service requirements. • Should-Cost & Scenario Modelling: Develop should-cost and scenario models covering labor, facilities, storage, handling, equipment, automation, systems, productivity, and capacity utilization. • RFQ, Supplier Evaluation & Negotiation: Support RFIs, RFQs, network studies, and negotiations by setting fact-based targets and evaluating supplier pricing, assumptions, service levels, technology, capabilities, and commercial models. • Savings, Compliance & Cost Control: Model savings and business impacts, track negotiated versus realized benefits, monitor contractual and pricing compliance, and identify cost leakage or reduction opportunities. • Market Intelligence & Risk Insights: Monitor warehousing market, technology, labor, real estate, utility, and regulatory trends and translate insights into sourcing strategies, negotiation playbooks, and risk mitigation plans. • Network Optimization: Support warehouse network optimization through location, inventory positioning, consolidation, greenfield, service-level, and total cost-to-serve analysis. • Digital Analytics & Automation: Use automation, AI-enabled analytics, business intelligence, and scalable models to improve cost visibility, productivity, RFQ execution, and sourcing effectiveness. • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Partner across Sourcing, Supply Assurance, Finance, Contracts, Operations, Network Design, and Digital teams, providing executives with actionable recommendations on warehouse economics and sourcing opportunities. What You Need to Bring Qualifications & Experience • 8–12 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, fulfilment, sourcing analytics, logistics commercial management, network design, or supply chain analytics. • Strong experience in warehousing, distribution center operations, service parts logistics, or warehouse network optimization. • Proven experience supporting RFQs, supplier negotiations , facility selection, and commercial evaluations. • Strong understanding of warehousing cost structures , including labor, storage, handling, real estate, material handling equipment, racking, automation, and value-added services. • Experience in should-cost modelling, warehouse benchmarking, and commercial analysis. • Familiarity with service parts logistics, aftermarket supply chains, and inventory positioning strategies is highly desirable. • Ability to transform comp
