Job Summary: Working as part of the global Regulatory Governance and Reporting team, the role will manage Regulatory Reporting obligations for PayPal Licensed entities Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: • Lead complex projects related to the administration of legal entities and corporate structures. • Resolve complex problems by applying functional expertise and understanding current business trends. • Develop methods and procedures for new assignments to improve global processes. • Provide valuable insights on corporate governance and compliance to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on entity management strategies. Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications : Job Description: • Manage and prepare accurate and timely regulatory reporting for PayPal licensed entities in compliance with financial regulation as prescribed by legislation and published Circulars, including financial, prudential, statistical and credit reports. • Monitor, forecast and publish relevant internal regulatory metrics, primarily related to Safeguarding, Liquidity and Capital of licensed entities. • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Regulatory Reporting professionals executing to a high standard and supporting their career development. • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Regulatory Reporting Leadership, Finance Controllership, Finance
