Title and Summary Director, Solutions Growth & Enablement Overview The Director, Solutions Growth & Enablement plays a critical role in accelerating the growth of Mastercard's Consumer Acquisition & Engagement business across Asia Pacific. Leading a Kuala Lumpur-based team, the role is responsible for driving commercialization, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, and market development activities that help regional and divisional teams grow pipeline, win new business, and deepen client relationships. The role serves as a key bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing Services, and market teams, ensuring Mastercard's capabilities are translated into compelling client solutions, commercial opportunities, and measurable business outcomes. ________________________________________ The Role Growth Strategy & Commercialization Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across Asia Pacific. Identify revenue opportunities, emerging client needs, and market trends that can be translated into scalable growth strategies. Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and sales plays that help position Mastercard's capabilities in a differentiated and commercially compelling manner. Partner closely with product and market teams to bring new capabilities to market and accelerate client adoption. Strategic Partnerships Lead strategic partnerships across Mastercard including Marketing & Communications, Core Product, Optimization, and other Core teams. Identify opportunities to integrate CA&E capabilities into broader Mastercard conversations and develop joint go-to-market initiatives that expand reach and revenue potential. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to unlock multi-product opportunities and deliver more holistic solutions for clients. Sales Enablement & Opportunity Development Equip Sales, Client Services, and Account Management teams with the tools, content, training, and support needed to drive growth. Develop sales materials, client presentations, case studies, proof points, and commercial narratives that simplify complex capabilities and demonstrate business value. Support high-priority client pursuits through solution shaping, business case development, pitch support, pricing discussions, and executive storytelling. Partner with market teams to identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the CA&E portfolio. Market Growth Leadership Act as the primary commercialization and growth partner for West Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Australasia. Support divisional teams in pipeline development, strategic account planning, and client engagement activities. Identify growth opportunities across industries and markets and help teams activate solutions that address client acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and growth objectives.
