Main responsibilities: Core Medical Activities • Conduct internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge through scientific presentations at conferences and meetings with high-level audiences • Identify, develop, and maintain collaboration with current and future Key Opinion Leaders and Digital Opinion Leaders • Drive, coordinate, and support medical and investigator-initiated research projects, including approval processes and regular follow-up • Maintain strong relationships with local scientific societies and central decision makers at relevant health authorities • Organize and implement Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings while ensuring the highest scientific expertise within the therapeutic area Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Develop and execute the local Medical Affairs plan and communication strategy in alignment with the CSE medical strategy • Drive strategic management of publication and conference planning, and develop the local evidence generation plan • Partner closely with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Public Affairs teams to provide continuous medical advice and training • Support pricing and reimbursement applications, market access alignment, and new indication launch preparation Review & Governance • Evaluate medical projects, investigator-initiated proposals, and marketing materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance • Review clinical data and scientific documents, and approve events and engagements from marketing teams About you Education: • Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, or PhD) Experience: • Pharmaceutical industry experience with a track record in medical affairs • Experience communicating with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, KOLs, and healthcare professionals • Proven ability to interpret and disseminate scientific and clinical data • Experience developing relationships with patient organizations and key stakeholders is highly valued Soft and Technical Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse scientific and business audiences • Strategic mindset combined with target-oriented, results-driven approach • Strong team player with high initiative and problem-solving skills • Ability to coordinate, manage, and prioritize resources in a busy professional environment • Professional maturity, self-confidence, and ability to work in an international environment • Business proficiency in English and fluency in Hungarian Why choose us? • Transform care for patients w
