About the job The Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) department stands as the cornerstone of Sanofi's commitment to promoting and sustaining ethics and integrity across all our activities. Main responsibilities: • Evolve Sanofi's Code of Conduct , leading all updates in partnership with senior leadership, focused on remaining current, accessible, and culturally resonant across all geographies. This includes global rollout communications and training. • Oversee mandatory Global Compliance Learning modules , including cross-functional and strategy and coordination, manage governance, overseeing the non-completion process, including coordination with P&C, exemption management, and confidential data sharing with appropriate safeguards. • Lead the design and deployment of global compliance learning programs - grounded in adult learning principles, including needs analysis, instructional design, scenario-based content, microlearning, and effectiveness measurement. This includes overseeing the relationship with strategic learning service providers, developing the annual E&BI Learning Plan, and strategic distribution of assignments including a dedicated onboarding compliance learning track for new hires. • Drive the global E&BI communications strategy and calendar , overseeing the design and delivery of proactive, compliance communications that reinforce a culture of ethics and integrity. • Leverage AI and advanced learning analytics to lead the modernization and continuous improvement of a data driven compliance learning ecosystem by enhancing content development, personalizing learning experiences, identifying knowledge gaps, targeting remediation efforts, measuring training effectiveness, and demonstrating measurable impact. • Support regional/local compliance team s by providing strategic guidance, tools, resources, and expertise to enable effective delivery of learning programs aligned with global standards. • Set the global strategy for E&BI principles and Global Operating Procedures , overseeing the development, publication, and lifecycle management of key EBI documents with Global Risk Owners (GROs) and Global Process Owners. Support G
