About the role

Job Title Consumer Marketing Manager (All genders) Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to be an integral part of the Philips Poland marketing team as a Marketing Manager for one of the innovative businesses within the Philips Personal Health. You will drive the business by managing communication & product strategy, being responsible for maximizing business opportunities and ensuring flawless executions of the marketing activations. Your role: • Building and implementing the local marketing strategy to drive a sustainable, competitive advantage of Beauty product portfolio while positioning the brand as an expert • Analyzing consumer research, channel trends, market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights & business opportunities and ensure effective executions of category initiatives • Developing, implement, tracking and optimizing 360 marketing campaigns with disruptive approach, planned in the yearly marketing calendar within given budget executed across traditional, digital including social, in-store and new channels • Leading seamless New Product Introductions plan in liaison with local organization, by being the main point of contact for all launch requirements (potentially including also medical devices), ensuring locally relevant portfolio • Ensuring long-term category growth being responsible for key financial and key enabler metrics of the business plan • Handling the day-to-day multiple operations of the business • Acting as pivoting element between different functions such as Global Category Team, Regional Marketing Manager and Local Commercial Organization: sales team, TSM, PR, MI, digital, consumer care, demand planner, back office, as well as external agencies • Working closely with Regional Marketing Manager and HQs on assigned strategic projects on behalf of the CEE region    You are the right fit if: • You have university degree in Business/Marketing or equivalnet • You have min. 5-6 years of experience as Marketing Manager/Brand Manager or similar position • You bring knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting to manage a full Profit & Loss account • You are passionate about understanding consumer needs and translating consumer insights into impactful marketing strategies. • You have solid knowledge of digital marketing and go-to-market principles, including consumer acquisition, engagement, and digital experiences. • You are experienced in working with media house and creative agencies • You bring strong analytical skills to collate and synthesize data into actionable insights • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • You have can-do attitude and ability to meet deadlines motivating a multi-functional team • You are fluent in English & Polish • You have Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word,   Compensation & Benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is  160,130 PLN – 265,290 PLN gross .  We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
