About the role

Senior Manager, Product Management, Google MCP & Agent Access Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry. About the Role As the Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access, you will lead the strategy and development of Capital One's approach to secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. In this highly visible role, you will govern how agentic tools such as Claude Code read and write Google Workspace data on an associate's behalf. You will empower associates to integrate agents with Google Workspace APIs through a single, reusable governance pattern. Beyond building the access layer itself, you will drive the shift in how associates work day to day, helping move away from manually downloading and storing stale copies of Workspace content, and toward AI agents that collaborate with live data where associates already work, safely and efficiently. This is a high impact role, shaping how AI agents interact with the productivity tools used by tens of thousands of associates across Capital One. We are looking for a collaborative, technically curious, and user focused product manager who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about shaping the future of AI within Capital One. In this role you will: • Define the GWS Agent Access Strategy: Own the roadmap for how third-party AI agents access Google Workspace context and actions, from read-only access today toward read/write and create actions over time. • Build the API & MCP Broker Layer: Drive the build of the API/broker layer that lets agentic tools act on Google Workspace on an associate's behalf, including potential future MCP solutions. • Drive Adoption & Behavior Change: Lead the shift away from associates manually downloading and storing local, stale copies of Workspace content, toward relying on agents that read and act on live data in the tools associates already use. • Define Safe & Efficient Usage Patterns: Beyond building the underlying access layer, establish guidance and guardrails for how agents should be used — balancing efficiency gains against the risk of ungoverned agent actions on sensitive or high-stakes work. • Drive Security and Compliance: Partner closely with Risk and Cyber teams to ensure all agent-initiated API calls are authenticated, authorized, and audited. Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: • Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions • Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence • Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value • Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks  • Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications: • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statis
