Job Description Relationship Banker 2   Basic Qualifications   - High school diploma or equivalent   - Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training   Preferred Skills/Experience   - Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up   - Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients   - Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems   - Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services   - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills   - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions   - Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies   - Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset   - Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively   - Experience in the financial services industry preferred   Location Expectations    This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.    Senior Relationship Banker    Basic Qualifications   - High school diploma or equivalent  - Typically has five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training  Preferred Skills/Experience   - Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up  - Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients  - Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems  - Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services  - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills  - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions  - Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies  - Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset  - Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively  - Experience in the financial services industry preferred  Location Expectations    This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.  If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our  disability accommodations for applicants .
