We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Biostatistics within the Biostatistics and Data Management team based on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. When & where: • Location: Tarrytown, NY • Work model/flexibility: 4 days a week on-site Discover your role: • Anticipate the needs of leaders and teams, solving logistics before they become problems • Own coordination of internal and external meetings, seminars, and events from start to finish • Bring organization to team town halls, offsites, and agendas that keep people aligned • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure and good judgment • Build trusted relationships across all levels, while keeping sensitive information confidential • Step in as backup support for fellow coordinators when the team needs it • Stay curious and pick up new tools and systems quickly, for yourself and those you support • Bring a collaborative, solutions-first mindset to daily administrative workflows This role requires: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of administrative experience (years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree) • 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function, desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization • Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability • A track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teams Does this sound like you?
