The Go-to-Market (GTM) Industries team helps enterprise users and Stripe grow by understanding the challenges businesses face in specific industries and identifying how Stripe can help solve them. We build Stripe’s expertise across key business verticals and develop the credibility and thought leadership needed to form relationships with industry leaders. In partnership with our GTM and Product teams, Industry Leads define relevant, value-focused solutions, support our users, and identify new sources of value for users and Stripe. Our team provides industry expertise across Stripe and supports enterprise business development. We partner with enterprise users and large software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms to address business challenges and help them grow with Stripe. What you’ll do As a member of the Global GTM Industries team, the Global Industry Lead for Healthcare will shape Stripe’s growth strategy across the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, digital health companies, pharmacies, and healthcare platforms. You’ll use your industry expertise to define and communicate the value of Stripe’s solutions in a healthcare context and build credibility with senior executives and leaders across the industry. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to embed healthcare expertise across Stripe, support strategic deals, and develop our GTM strategy. You’ll also lead detailed product and business discussions with existing and prospective users. Responsibilities • Shape Stripe’s GTM strategy for the next phase of growth in healthcare • Support account teams throughout the sales cycle, from identifying prospective enterprise users and developing pipeline through deal signing and activation • Build relationships with regional sales leaders and contribute to strategic account planning and user engagements • Develop executive-level narratives and presentations, lead detailed product discussions, and communicate Stripe’s value to senior decision-makers • Represent Stripe at industry events, community forums, and online events, offering a differentiated perspective on healthcare, regulatory, and technology trends • Create industry playbooks and lead enablement that helps sales teams understand the healthcare industry and engage users effectively • Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to share industry insights, shape relevant solutions, and build relationships with healthcare technology, implementation, and strategic partners Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
