About the role
📍 London - Hybrid. 2 days per week in our London office, 3 days remote / work from home (40 hour week) Goodlord’s mission is to be the gold standard platform for renting, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a brand new role and our first dedicated Partner Marketing hire, so you’ll have a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. Partnerships are already an important part of how we reach and win enterprise customers. Now we want to build a proper marketing engine around them – identifying where the biggest opportunities are, creating brilliant joint propositions and campaigns, and turning our partner network into a measurable source of pipeline and growth. Reporting to our Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Partnerships and Sales to decide where we invest, build compelling co-marketing plans and then get stuck into delivering them. What you'll be busy doing: • Building and owning our partner marketing strategy, including how we tier and prioritise partners • Developing joint value propositions and co-marketing plans that resonate with our shared customers • Planning and delivering campaigns across content, email, social, events and webinars • Supporting partnership and integration launches with the plans, campaigns and assets needed to make them successful • Owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, tracking performance and using the results to decide where we invest • Creating co-branded content and partner enablement materials, including launch packs and customer case studies • Building strong relationships with our partners’ marketing teams and becoming their go-to marketing contact at Goodlord • Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and the wider Marketing team to turn great partner activity into commercial results The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, so you'll need to be just as happy working out what we should do and why as you are getting on and doing it! ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or tech, and genuine experience in partner, channel or affiliate marketing. You’ll be commercially minded and comfortable talking about pipeline and revenue, not just campaigns and engagement. You’ll understand that great partner marketing isn't about doing the same thing with every partner – it's about identifying where the opportunity is, creating something valuable for both sides and measuring whether it's working. This role is likely for you if: • You’ve owned B2B partner or channel marketing campaigns end-to-end • You’re comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline and commercial outcomes • You understand how to assess and prioritise different partners and where to focus time and budget • You’ve worked closely with Sales and Partnerships teams • You’re comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery • You’re confident building relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders • You’re proactive, curious and comfortable creating structure where there isn't already a playbook Experience in proptech would be a bonus, as would experience building or scaling a partner marketing programme from the ground up. This role is likely not for you if your experience is primarily generalist marketing, or if you've supported partner campaigns but haven't yet owned partner or channel marketing activity yourself. We need someone who brings genuine partner marketing experience and can connect that activity to commercial outcomes. Why you'll love being a Goodlordian Aside from the role, the people, our culture and our mission, we have some other things that make Goodlord a pretty awesome place to be. Here’s a fe
