About the role
Who we are Lemrock builds the infrastructure of agentic commerce. Tomorrow, consumers won't just buy on e-commerce websites. They will discover, compare and purchase directly inside conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and a growing long tail of specialized AI assistants. For brands, this is a major shift: if they are not present in these environments, they become invisible. Our mission: enable any brand to exist, sell and distribute in this new channel. We raised a €7M seed round (the first in Europe on this market), with Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, founder of Criteo, on our board, and the Bpifrance DeepTech label. Today, Lemrock is already: • 100M+ conversations per month • 150+ brand clients • a $100B market structuring at high speed The role Product at Lemrock has been driven by the founders so far. As our first Product Manager , you'll work directly with the founders and our CTO to shape the product vision, own a core part of the product end to end, and build the practice that takes us from idea to shipped. You'll start by owning the brand-facing product , and your scope will grow fast from there. Your mission • Shape the vision : bring your own conviction to the product strategy with the founders, from what we bet on next to what we stop doing. • Own the roadmap end to end : turn strategy into a living, prioritized roadmap, and decide what we don't build so the team stays on the highest-impact work. • Run discovery : spend real time with brands, partners and the field, find the problems worth solving, and validate before we build. • Ship with the team : work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design to scope, prototype, and ship weekly, not quarterly. • Own launches and outcomes : drive rollout, watch the data, onboard the business teams, and judge your work by what it moved, not by what shipped. • Build the product function itself : the rituals, the prioritization, the feedback loop from the field. What we're looking for • 3 to 8 years in product , at least part of it at a startup or scale-up, ideally as an early or first PM. You've taken something from a vague problem to a shipped, used feature, and owned its results. • A generalist comfortable owning the messy middle: discovery one hour, scoping with engineers the next, writing the launch note after that. • A bias for action : you make calls with incomplete data, ship, and iterate from what real users do. • Customer obsession that shows up in your decisions. • AI-native : you already build with tools like Claude, Cursor, v0 or Lovable to prototype, research, synthesize, and move the roadmap faster. • Able to learn a lot, fast , in a deep and complex environment. • Fluent French and professional English. • Based in Paris, with the team at the office (up to 1 day remote per week). Bonus • You've built in e-commerce, marketplaces, adtech, or AI/agent products , or you're genuinely fascinated by agentic commerce. • A technical background (ex-software engineer or CS), so you can go deep with the team and direct AI tools effectively. Why join us • Join a company in early breakout mode , already generating revenue with a clear edge. • Be part of the next structural shift of the web : agentic commerce. • Work directly with experienced, ambitious founders, and own the product from day one. • Shape both the product and how we build it. What we offer • Competitive salary, based on experience • Equity (BSPCE) • Meal vouchers with Swile • Alan health insurance • 7 weeks of vacation (RTT included) • 50% transportation coverage Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
