About the role

About Us We are The Robotics Company , building the infrastructure that enables robots to be deployed at scale. In just six months, we’ve grown from $0 to $1M in revenue, driven by strong demand for what we’re building. We’re backed by leading investors, researchers, and operators across AI and robotics, including Dr. Marc Pollefeys, the founder of Hugging Face, SV Angel, and leaders from Google DeepMind, Google Cloud, Scale AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and more. Our mission is to build the foundational infrastructure that brings intelligent robots out of the lab and into the real world. Don't See the Right Role? We’re always interested in meeting exceptional roboticists, researchers, and engineers who are excited about advancing the state of the art in robotics and embodied intelligence. If you don’t see an open position that perfectly matches your background, we still encourage you to apply. We’re particularly interested in experience across: • Robot Learning & Embodied AI — VLA models, reinforcement/imitation learning, world models, and sim-to-real. • Computer Vision & 3D Perception — 3D/4D reconstruction, SLAM, neural rendering, Gaussian splatting, and spatial reasoning. • Manipulation & Navigation — dexterous manipulation, motion planning, control, and autonomous systems. • Robotics Systems & Infrastructure — simulation, data pipelines, model deployment, robotics software, and scalable infrastructure. What We Look For Strong candidates typically bring some combination of: • BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Computer Vision, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ . • Experience conducting research or building sophisticated robotic systems. • Familiarity with modern robotics and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, ROS/ROS2, Isaac Sim, or MuJoCo . • A track record of tackling difficult technical problems and turning ideas into working systems. • Experience with real-world robotic hardware and/or published research is a plus, but not required. How to Apply Submit your resume or CV along with anything that helps us understand your work — such as your Google Scholar, GitHub, personal website, publications, research projects, or robotics demos. Tell us what problems in robotics you’re most excited about solving and where you think you could make an impact at The Robotics Company. Don't see the perfect opening? We'd still like to hear from you. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
