About the role

Employer Branding: • Assist country’s PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management primarily with communication and design tasks for various internal & external audiences to maintain Bosch’s reputation as Employer of Choice  • Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams & external partners on project planning and execution  • Upkeep templates, case studies, and creative documents in accordance with corporate branding guide in department database  Employee Engagement: • Ideate, organize employee engagement projects, and perform pre- project and post-project evaluations and reports  • Assist with project logistics & onsite event management  • Proactively handle & troubleshoot any arising issues on event day • Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, 3rd/4th year student with major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism.  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese  • Have good content writing skills  • Ability to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effect (or alternative movie maker app).  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) or other presentation software  • Good team working spirit, Future-focused, Result-oriented, Can-do attitude, willing to learn & develop  • Regular working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday  • Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility • Receive competitive internship allowances • Join department’s outing activities • Having 01 paid leave per month • Lunch allowance, parking allowance Disclaimer:  • Bosch does not charge any fees from candidates for interview participation under any circumstances. • Bosch does not request candidates to download applications or click on any links that require fees or lack credibility. • Bosch does not collect personal information without permission. • Candidates are advised to verify the authenticity of recruitment information by visiting Bosch's official career website (https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup/vietnam) or contacting Bosch directly through official communication channels. • If you encounter any suspicious activity or have doubts about the legitimacy of recruitment communications, please report them immediately to Bosch Vietnam.
