Tech Team The Technology Regulatory Excellence (TREX) EEMEA team works across Mastercard’s technology organization to help ensure products, services, and operations align with evolving regulatory requirements across Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA). The team partners with product, engineering, operations, legal, and market teams to assess regulatory impacts, support compliance initiatives, and strengthen technology resilience across the region. What You Will Do As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will support cross-functional programs focused on technology, regulatory, and operational resilience initiatives across EEMEA. You will assist with research, data analysis, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting activities while gaining exposure to how large-scale technology and regulatory programs are planned, governed, and delivered within a global organization. What we’re looking for: • Penultimate Year Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028. • Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks starting June 2027 • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator • Well planned, organised and structured to manage time and work effectively Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
