This role provides an opportunity to apply transportation, logistics sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or related experience in support of 3M’s global logistics operations. The Impact You’ll Make in This Role As a Logistics Sourcing Analyst, you will support regional and global logistics sourcing activities by partnering with sourcing, transportation operations, procurement, finance, and other cross-functional teams. You will help manage supplier information, contract documentation, rate cards, sourcing systems, audit support, and process standardization across logistics modes and regions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Support logistics sourcing and transportation operations teams in developing and standardizing processes across transportation modes. • Manage supplier and vendor support activities, including vendor creation, documentation collection, bank information updates, supplier segmentation, and supplier data maintenance. • Assist with contract management activities, including amendments, expiration tracking, out-clause documentation, Docusign follow-up, and contract repository organization. • Support rate management activities, including rate card creation, updates, approvals, repository maintenance, and uploads to systems such as AS400, Orion, and e-billing platforms. • Maintain regional and global rate repositories to support operations, freight audit, invoice validation, and audit readiness. • Review invoice discrepancies against approved rate cards, coordinate supplier follow-up, and escalate material variances as appropriate. • Respond to freight audit and payment inquiries, including recurring rate-related requests. • Create monthly summaries of warehouse space utilization and spend to identify potential cost-reduction or renegotiation opportunities. • Support audit activities by maintaining accurate supplier, sourcing, contract, rate, and transactional documentation. • Provide global transactional support for logistics sourcing processes, purchase order management, sourcing tools, and regional operational requirements. • Maintain logistics sourcing policies, procedures, work instructions, and related process documentation. • Actively participate in corporate programs and initiatives while operating in alignment with 3M’s values, ethical standards, policies, and procedures. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires, at a minimum, the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start. • Three years of experience in transportation, logistics sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or a related field in a private, public, government, or military environment. • Fluency in English. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Experience with supplier management, contract management, rate management, freight audit, invoice resolution, or sourcing systems. • Ability to collaborate across teams, functions, regions, and levels of the organization. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience with tools such as
